Immediate proximity (5 minutes on foot) to the Marseille ice rink Palais Omnisports de Marseille, where you can attend the matches of the Spartans, a rising ice hockey league 1 team, as well as various snow sports activities for all ages. the family (there are large crowds on the square in front of the sports center during school holidays).
For a green experience and a quiet walk: five minutes away, the Guy Azais garden, a true green lung of the Capelette, offers outdoor film screenings on summer evenings. A quarter of an hour's walk away, discover the 26th centennial park.
