The appartment is equipped with an ecological and economical air cooling / heating system called "Thassalia". This system is the only one in France and in Europe that uses marine thermal energy to supply hot and cold to all of the buildings connected to it.
In summer, this system refreshes the air by a few degrees compared to the ambient air. Nevertheless, as it is not strictly speaking an air conditioning system, it is not possible to set a temperature too low if the system has achieved the maximum of its performance compared to the ambient air.
